Do you price match?
Yes we do. Car Toys aims to deliver quality products and expert advice at the most competitive prices. We will price match any ADVERTISED price. All you need to do is to direct us to the website which has the better price for the same product, or alternatively fax or come into store with a quote or brouchure. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that we will price match products on specials, but we will do our very best to keep our customers happy.
Shipping
Ultimately receiving your order is the most important part of the overall online shopping process. Ensuring all orders dispatched utilise the best available methods with a minimal amount of risk is something we take very seriously.
What shipping service do we use?
Products are usually dispatched directly from our store via Express Post, Registered Post or a courier, such as TNT, depending on the type of order.
And since there is no middle man, this means you receive your order FAST!
What is the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight, dimensions and destination of the order. Additional shipping fees may also be accumulated for items which need to be specially ordered in from international suppliers.
In the instance where the shipping charged to you via our website is not sufficient enough to cover the goods being sent out to you, you will be contacted by one of our friendly team members. This will give you the opportunity to either pay the difference owing on the shipping, or have the full amount of your purchase refunded to you.
Is the delivery insured?
Yes. All deliveries are completely insured.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will usually take around 7 working days to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels, suppliers, couriers and delivery destination.
If in the situation where we expect there to be a delay on your order, we will contact you via the email address you provided with your order.
During busy peak times, such as Christmas, there may be extended delays in receiving your order. We suggest placing your order well in advance to avoid disappointment for special occasions.
Special Order Products
Several of the products we carry require a special order to be processed, such as custom made items or items acquired from international suppliers. This can often take a considerable amount of time and in such circumstances, you will be contacted.
Out of Stock Items
We endeavour to keep on-top of our stock levels, however there are occurrences where we may be out of stock an item you have ordered. In this instance you will be contacted by one of our friendly team members, who will advise you of a time frame of when we expect to have stock again. This will give you the opportunity to either allow for the item(s) to arrive into stock, or have the full amount of your purchase refunded to you.
