Warranties & Returns
Products may be returned when they have been damaged during delivery or appear to be faulty.
Please read the conditions below regarding warranty and returns:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- If a courier is used to deliver the product (such as TNT), you are required to check the product for damage when delivered. If damage has occurred in shipping then you must send the product back with the courier. If you do not do this you forfeit any insurance claim.
- You must return the product as new and without further damage. Send product back with courier if product is damaged upon arrival (see point above).
- You will receive a refund for return of a damaged item. If the item is deemed not damaged or not faulty we will send it back. You will be required to pay for the return postage before it is sent.
- We will not cover postage/shipping costs to return the product to us for ‘change of mind’ – so please select your purchase carefully.
